8 Awesome ways to Celebrate your Birthday ('cos it's my birth month)

Since it's already September-rrrr, which is *ehem my birth month, this post is very timely to give you guys ideas on how to make your special day, super awe-some!

(Disclaimer: The truth is, this post is for my personal interest, I am having a hard time on deciding what to do on the 26th of September -- my birthday! *enter fireworks, slowclap and teary-eyes* )

Since this is a yearly dilemma for me, let me write this down for my future reference. :) Oh, you can get ideas here as well.

So let me start.

1.  Go on a vacation.

I'm thinking Dakak Beach Resort in Dapitan City. The nearest vacation I can get! 8-hour ride from my place, can be by a bus or your personal car. A weekend getaway is something wonderful!

2. Getaway on the nearest beach.

A 20-minute ride from town proper is La Vista del Mar, a beach resort that has a beautiful sunset scene. A jeepney ride from downtown which will cost you P10.00 per way. You can bring food and enjoy swimming all day long.

3. Go somewhere atypical- a museum or park

A visit to a museum won't hurt. They say that as we age, we should mature in thoughts and in ways. Well, this trip can be an additional learning to your bucket of knowledge. :)

4. Get a hotel room for a night

I'm thinking of an overnight stay in LM Metro Hotel, where you can sleep like a log in the white sheets of the hotel bed, have a room service, or dip into their jacuzzi. Heaven!

5. Get some "Me" time in a spa.

I'm suggesting Peppermint Nails and Body Bar, they have a relaxing and solemn sanctuary to keep your soul recharged. #feelingfresh

6. Go have fun in a Comedy Bar

Wanna laugh out loud and enjoy your night? A trip to this newest Comedy bar is a great way to experience a fun-filled celebration. The Comedienne invites birthday Celebrators on stage and sing them a birthday song. Another unique experience to treasure.

7. Throw a party

This is a great idea, BUT, I am having the hardest time to plan this and to choose the right venue for this event. If you guys would like to hold it in your house, or your friend's house, or in a restaurant, then comment below for your suggestions. I'm kinda bad at planning my "own" party. That sucks!

8. Say a little prayer

Don't forget to give thanks to the Almighty One. He is Awesome. He is the reason for everything why you're #feelingblessed .

Whatever your plans are, the most important thing is you enjoy your day together with your loved ones.

Do you have cool ideas that you want to share, comment below and I'll be happy to read those!

xoxo

The New Steakhouse in Zamboanga Everybody Will Be Talking About

I live in an urban city located in Mindanao and is popularly known as Zamboanga City . "Mi ciudad de Zamboanga"  is my home since birth, and I grew with the trends and economic improvements of this place but still maintains its local culture and colorful traditions. Today, I decided to blog about this new craze in town. Together with the vast growth of new stores and diners is the Newest Steakhouse that I have discovered. Located at Cabato Road, Brgy. Tetuan, Zamboanga City, PH  is this exquisite restaurant which serves mouth-watering steaks which Zamboangueños  and others will surely love.  The European cuisine appeals to the eclectic Pinoy crowd, which enjoys not only the food but also the elegant and comfortable atmosphere.  Steak and cutlet in particular are common dishes across the Menu. Sausages are amongst the newest hit, along with pasta, salads and desserts. S izzling steaks are their newest c...

To the Westside.

Hi lovies! It's so nice to be back! I missed this a lot, and been wanting to blog so soon, but this girl have been through a lot these past few months.  (I will try to blog about it next time😉)  So just today, My work got me travelling to the west part of the city and had the chance to wander around the area. Limpapa is the farthest barangay in the west side of the city. Most people would take that road to reach Sibuco,Zamboanga del Norte, which is geographically located beside Limpapa.  At present, Limpapa is well known for its marvelous Bridge, where most people took chance to travel and take selfies on it.  What makes this bridge special? 📌 The bright orange iron poles which looks perfect on pictures 📌 The turquoise background of the ocean or the greens of the mountain. 📌 And maybe because, it is one of a kind in the city. Usually, people would just park their vehicles on the bridge, but few would go down to the river, and have a different angle of the bridge ...
